Return and Exchange Eligibility

Time Limit: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

Product Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original state with all tags intact. Returns may be declined if these conditions are not met.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or valid proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

Steps to Request a Return or Exchange

Shipping the Item: Use the prepaid return label provided to securely package and send the item(s) with all original packaging.

Processing: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll inform you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Charges: Initial shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchange Process

Availability: We will try to fulfill requests for different sizes or colors based on stock availability.

Handling Time: Once we receive your item, the exchange will be processed, and the new item shipped at no extra charge.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Final Sale Items: Products labeled as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
